We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious with a small balcony and very clean. The hotel's location was perfect - it was right next to the beach, close to the boulevard, and we were able to find parking in the area. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.
Nothing to dislike.

The location of the Regina hotel for beach and shopping is excellent. It is also good for going along the Coisette for awalk along the beach front and to the old town to the cafes and restaurants. There are also cheaper cafes and restaurants within easy walk along the Rue Antibes. Our room also had a small balcony to sit on with a little sea view which was nice.
The hotel is in need of some refurbishment of the bathrooms. The shower worked well but the tiling and grouting needed an uplift. It is more of a two star standard than a three

This hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the service is friendly and helpful, and guests are welcomed warmly upon arrival. You will love the delicious breakfast that comes with a wide range of food options to choose from.
Sadly, the hotel lacks some modern amenities, such as air conditioning, which can make the rooms hot and stuffy on warmer days.

We were very warmly welcomed to this hotel, and would come here again!! It's location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the beach with all shops and restaurants all short walking distances. For a 3 star hotel, not only is the location 5 star but so is the room. It was very clean and pleasant with lovely decorations and a fantastic out door balcony which is lovely to sit in in morning or evening. Everything about this hotel was very warm friendly and convenient. We look forward to coming back here on our next trip to Cannes!!

I chose hotel Regina because the prices are cheap.. Very friendly staff, I chose a superior room at the 2nd floor, the room was very clean, with nice balcony and the bed was very comfortable I slept like at home)). Breakfast was very good and carpark was exellent.. I like this hotel.. I am going to come back to Cannes next year, and for sure I will choose this hotel.. хороший отель и для канн не дорого, в 3 минутах от пляжа.. рядом расположенны бутики, рестораны.. отличный отель все очень понравилось.. следующим летом собираемся с семьей в канны и обязательно остановимся в этом отеле

A very sweet family hotel, I really loved the atmosphere! The bed was comfortable and because I have a problem with my back, it is very important for me. We had a nice, clean room with balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
For the city center it is very quiet street, but in the morning I had to close the windows because of the the waste collectors. However that's not the hotel's fault and it doesn't happen every day.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel was located in a prime location, close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The noise level at night. Although we were in a prime location, we could hear noise from the streets late at night which made it hard to sleep.

The Regina is in a superb location, just minutes from La Croisette and everything it has to offer. We were travelling with friends and one of our rooms had been upgraded so that we had the same style room on different floors. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to return there for a similar short stay break.
The decor really needs updating - but of course this would reflect in the price, which offers outstanding value for such a marvellous location.
